Search Recruitment

AME has a database of over 1000 Professionals. Also we are well connected and we are able to tap into those connections to source candidates for roles.

Business Support

AME Business Support specialise in recruiting and placing candidates in short and long term temporary and contract roles.  AME will cover the "hard parts" such as Payroll, WorkCover and Superannuation, allowing our clients to simply sign off on the contractors' timesheet to authorise hours.  We manage everything else.

360 Performance Reviews

AME undertake a series of 360 degree performance reviews for CEO's, General Managers and mid level management. Our expertise includes Local Government, Private Sector, Public Sector and the Not for Profit Sectors.

Our 360 degree surveys can also include face to face interviewing of respondents. This allows AME to achieve a greater understanding of the performance and also gives an insight into the themes and feelings of the recipients.

Culture Surveys

AME has worked with groups of more than 150 people to review the culture of an organisation. This can be done by form of survey or in focus groups and workshops.

Salary Benchmarking

AME has a broad range of salary data from Local Government, Private Sector, Public Sector and Not for Profit Sectors. We actively undertake salary surveys for our clients and are able to benchmark a range of positions and industries. Our experience covers a broad range of positions including CEO's, General Managers, Board Directors and Chairs.

AME are contracted by the Local Government SA to undertake whole of Local Government Salary Benchmarking and to do a comparison with the Public Sector and Private Sector organisations.

Whole of Market Salary Surveys

For more than a decade AME Recruitment has undertaken a broad South Australian based salary survey for both Commercial and Accounting professional's most popular positions.

AME previously undertook and released a biannual salary survey of the South Australian market in May and November which was then posted to our website.

In recent years clients have told us that more detailed industry or sector based salary benchmarking is required to be effective at influencing decisions.  In response to this need, AME Recruitment has established a sector specific benchmarking process in which organisation, sector and position variables are considered when benchmarking a particular position.

AME is able to undertake Organisational Reviews to determine the structure of an organisation and can advise on the job and person specification of the roles within the structure. We can also develop, review and rewrite position descriptions for all levels of roles.

KPI Development

By reviewing contracts, position descriptions and measurable outcomes AME are able to develop specific KPIs in line with the organisations strategic direction. Having a set of measurable Key Performance Indicators is vital to the performance of the individual and the organisation as a whole.
