Adam Kennedy, Managing Director of AME Recruitment.

B Comm, B Econ, Grad Dip Marketing, MBA.

Adam joined AME Recruitment 12 years ago following a successful 15 year career in the private sector.  Holding positions in National Key Account Management, Decision Support Management, Trade Marketing Management and Financial Management and Analysis his experience covered a wide variety of industries including wine, spirits, FMCG, financial services and manufacturing.

His recruitment experience is broad and diverse covering many industries with roles being based in South Australia and Interstate. Adam has recruited for listed and unlisted companies, Local and State Government, not for profit organisations and family businesses.

He is experienced in recruiting from the Board/CEO level through to casual customer service roles. He treats every recruitment as a personal challenge finding the right person for any role is critical for the success of the organisation regardless of the roles level.

Adam takes pride in establishing relationships which transcend the recruitment process candidates today are often the clients of tomorrow hence exceptional customer service is paramount.

Beyond recruitment, Adam undertakes a significant number of Human Resource Consulting assignments including CEO Performance reviews (for private and publlic companies, Metropolitan and Regional Councils), 360 degree Performance reviews, cultural surveys and salary benchmarking exercises.

Adam contributes to the community through holding a number of key Board positions in the health and disability sector and has a good understanding of the NDIS systems and process.

Mark McShane, General Manager AME Recruitment

Mark has experience across private and government sectors in numerous senior roles with over 20 years in local government, most recently as Chief Executive Officer. His experience includes seven years recruitment and management consulting to multinational organisations while working overseas as well as working in an Australian national human resources and recruitment firm consulting to local government and the private sector.

As CEO at the City of Mount Gambier over the past 7 years and previous senior roles in Adelaide Councils as Director Corporate Services, Director Community Development and Human Resources Manager, Mark has comprehensive knowledge of local government working with Mayors, Councillors, CEOs and senior staff. Mark's more than 20 years' experience in local government is invaluable providing insights into the operational needs and functions of council.

Mark's previous consulting experience includes CEO and senior staff recruitment and selection across professional areas in local government and the private sector.

Mark has provided recruitment and management consulting to large metropolitan, regional and small rural councils. He is able to apply his broad sector knowledge, personal skills, effective communication and understanding of the needs of local government to assist councils meet their human resource management objectives.

Mark has a wealth of sector knowledge, established networks and is well known and regarded in local government. His knowledge and background in human resource management and recruitment within local government and consulting to it and direct practical approach will be welcomed by the industry.

Jodi Conlin, Cert MHSS, Manager of AME Recruitment, Facilitator of AME Psych Assess

With more than 18 years of experience in health practice management Jodi has lead teams of dedicated staff and has been responsible for the day to day operational management on behalf of partners, as well as the HR and operational management of the office and finance staff. With extensive experience working in the healthcare sector, both in office management and practice management roles, she has gained qualifications in mental health and counselling, along with skills in administration and medical recruitment.

Jodi has owned and managed her own business in Allied Health and now as the Manager of AME, Jodi is well equipped in building long term business relationships.

Jodi has brought to AME her ability to see system and process improvements, along with service offerings as an added value to our clients and an intense level of confidentiality through business dealings. She is well respected for her caring, honest and diplomatic approach which brings out the best of any situation with both partners, clients and candidates.
